Get ready for lots of pictures because Kathy's quilty pleasure this month was a new sewing room and it is AMAZING...

Oh that's right; the QUILTS!

Here we go...

Candace; this is so cute with all the reds.
And honestly, everyone's back of quilts are as fun as the fronts.

The Friendship Quilt in reds and browns.  Love this...so many memories!

And....the back!

Carol put this together and quilted it by hand.  Hopefully you can all see the design.  The satin is so silky and soft with a feminine lace ribbon on the edge.

Lemon Jello Cake by Kathy's Mom

1 pkg yellow cake mix
1  small pkg lemon jello
1 1/3 cup water (dissolve jello in this water)
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix well.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes

2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 c lemon juice

Mix thoroughly.  While cake is hot, poke holes with fork all over and pour lemon mixture over it.
Serve warm or cold with whip cream.
